Great experience from start to finish. I had heard great things about the company, but this was my first time to need their service: I was happy I knew who to call. I was super impressed with Debra, who took my call and had a team at my house in less than an hour. They were very professional and helpful. I needed a new water heater, and since I live in an older house, it had to be brought up to code for the install. They were great about explaining what needed to be done and why. The work was scheduled around my time frame. Steven and Larry came early for the install, did a fantastic job and explained everything along the way. You can't go wrong with Absolute Plumbing!

Why I'm giving a 5 star rating: - Customer service: from Debra in the front office to Steven, owner and installer. You will not find a more efficient, professional, easier group of people. Hire with confidence. Steven listened to my desire to replace 2 storage tanked hot water heaters, in the attic, and install a tankless unit. The professionalism displayed was shown when a full inspection was made to ensure a proper installation and trouble free operation could be done. No high pressure sales was made. - Installation: first class, very professional installation. In fact, the city inspector failed the installation due to a condensate drain which he believed was improperly installed. Steven contacted the manager and made the effort to visit the city's plumbing inspection manager with photos and full description of why the inspection should have passed. Manager agreed that his field inspector was wrong. The installation looks as good as the unit operates. One additional star is added for the $2,200.00 federal rebate for the replacement of the 2 inefficient tank gas hot water heaters thanks to Debra and Steven. I highly recommend Absolute Plumbing. Professional, friendly, and expert installation.

The guys from Absolute came out on time, worked on the problem. We thought it was fixed, but it reoccurred. They came back almost immediately and stayed after it until it was fixed. The return trip was at no charge to us. They are fair, polite and professional. They have always done good work for us.....

We're selling our home and buyer wanted a licensed plumber to inspect for a possible water leak. Steve and Zane were super friendly. I basically gave them all the facts and wanted them to recommend the best repairs to satisfy the buyer. Steve recommended replacing the wax seal and inspect the drain pipe and floor for a possible leak. He found none and quickly and efficiently pulled the toilet, installed the wax seal and reinstalled the toilet. Steve and Zane spent less than an hour at our house and I was very impressed with them and the quality of their work.

The Best Plumbing company and is Family owned business in the DFW / Flower Mound area. We have been using them for over 8 years and each time We've called thier staff and plumbers have arrivied ontime and each job was completed professionally and with extra care for out home.

We had a fantastic experience with Absolute Plumbing, from the first call right up to the finish. We awoke one morning to the surprise of a dead water heater, thankfully draining out into our driveway. I called Absolute Plumbing in a panic, and they immediately put me on their schedule. Steve was at our house that morning, assessing the situation and making sure that all water and gas was safely turned off, even crawling around through ductwork and attic insulation to find all of our water and gas lines so he could give me all possible options. He went over four possible options for us, explained them in detail (orally and in writing), and even let me get my husband on the phone so he could go over it all with him. In the end, we decided to go with a tankless water heater (down from two big tanks). He wrote up a detailed, reasonable estimate, and was back out very quickly to install. The installation process was great: he was thorough and neat, everything in the attic was cleaned up and out, all of the new piping looks great, and the new tankless water heater is WONDERFUL!

Zane and Larry were extremely thorough in explaining where a water leak was located and how to communicate the findings to an irrigation system repair tech. Much appreciated !

I called Absolute up a few minutes after 8am. There was a plumber out at my house within a couple hours. The sent me an estimate and fixed the problem immediately. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. They stayed to the penny with their estimate. I'm very satisfied with their work!

I have lived in Flower Mound for over 30 years. I have used Absolute Plumbing for most, if not all of my plumbing needs. I want to express my gratitude and describe my last encounter. I was experiencing difficulty in turning off the waters in my shower. I called absolute Plumbing and they responded. We identified that the manufacture of my shower setup was no longer in business, thus I was most likely going to need to replace some, if not all of the controls and shower heads. The parts were going to cost between $700 and $2000 plus labor. Depending on what we discovered it would need. Steve and Anthony responded and I was so impressed with their professionalism and approach. as they disassembled the water flow knob and Temp control knob, to see what would be needed, they not only got wet, but discovered that the problem valves were repairable. As they worked, we talked and laughed and enjoyed the visit. As I was expecting the worst news, they began putting everything back to see the effect. Unbelievably ,the shower came back to life and worked as new. Instead of the $4000 total bill, that I was expecting, the total cost of the repair was less than $300. They could have taken advantage of me and did the complete replacement, but as I have learned, Absolute Plumbing is more interested in servicing their customers than making extreme Profits. Steven and his helper came out and did a good job repairing the gas line to my gas grill. They also identified the lack of a shut off valve at the meter and fixed that for us as well. Pricing was competitive compared to another bid we received.

I was headed out of town for the weekend when I noticed a leak from our water heaters dripping into the garage. I called Absolute Plumbing and they immediately dispatched someone who promptly stopped the leak. The expansion tank was leaking and they bypassed it and came back so I could be on my way. They came back on Monday to replace it with the correct size. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs. Fast, professional and fairly priced.

Cannot recommend this company enough. The receptionist is extremely responsive, kind, and helpful. Steven H. was our technician both times, and he was great. He explained the likely cause of the issue prior to doing the work so we had a rough cost estimate, he was friendly and professional, the cost was reasonable, and the issue was resolved quickly both times. Highly recommend.

Understood that they have a $85 service fee to come out and look at the problem first but didn’t expect to pay almost double for a new washing machine connector box compared to an impromptu estimate from a previous plumber. Unfortunately my spouse didn’t feel like she could turn the gentleman away when he said the the work would be a “long and tedious” job. It took him around 2 hrs. Lesson learned. Update: I contacted Chelsea from customer service and she adjusted the price to a reasonable level after me explaining the previous situation. Good customer service makes all the difference even if they may be a little higher priced than other plumbing services. Thanks again Chelsea.

Extremely reliable and fair. We have needed them a few times now. Hot water heater replacement, leaking pipe outside, shower bath faucet replacement. Every single time have been very knowledgeable and thorough. Will certainly be using them in the future and recomend them to anyone looking for a plumber in flowerMound.

Very very happy with the service provided. I had a sizeable leak in my front yard that was determined not to be my sprinklers. First Berkey's came out and immediately told me that they would not work on it due to a quest connection that was located by my sprinkler equipment. They proceeded to tell me that connection was not to code and is prone to failing therefore they would not do a spot repair on the leak due to liability and also they couldn't guarantee the repair. I was given a huge quote (little over $8K) to replace the equipment, fix the leak, and install a homeowners cut off etc. Absolute plumbing came out, put air in the system to locate the leak (which Berkey's never did). The leak was actually coming from a water softener pipe that was connected to my main line that had become detached. I no longer have the water softener so they disconnected the pipe and put the main line back together bypassing the old water softener pipe. They did all this in about 2 hrs and my bill was $561. Absolute guys did tell me that in the future the equipment which has the quest connection would probably have to be replaced but they were very honest and didn't try to upcharge me for a lot of things that didn't need to be replaced or fixed at this time. I now have a new forever plumber. BTW Berkey's did come back with a spot repair quote of $1500 after I wouldn't bite the $8K quote. They had first told me that they wouldn't do a spot repair due to the quest connection...hmmmm
