Five Stars isn't enough for this company. This is our second experience and the first was rated five stars, but they outdid that visit. We called at 8:01 and they had two professionals in our kitchen by 8:20, diagnosed the problem, bypassed it until we could get the necessary part overnight, and then had the repair done by 10:30 the next day. 5 stars – Absolute Plumbing saved the day in our household during the latest winter freeze. There was a suspicious gas odor in our house near an outdoor fireplace, so we had called the gas company to come investigate. They couldn't find the issue, although they tested that there was a leak, so they shut down our gas and told us to call a plumber. Completely panicked, I called Absolute Plumbing and within an hour they had a technician at our house. Anthony was spectacular in every way: assessed the situation, found the leak and repaired it, and waited at our house until the city came to certify the repair. He even helped me shovel the snow off our doorstep while he was waiting for the city! Everything was done efficiently, and he made it so simple to get our request for heat/hot water back within 5 hours of the initial call. (Atmos took another 5 hours to do their part, but that's another story!) I will not hesitate to call Absolute with any plumbing need in the future.
