I was super impressed with Debra, who took my call and had a team at my house in less than an hour. They were very professional and helpful. I needed a new water heater, and since I live in an older house, it had to be brought up to code for the install. They were great about explaining what needed to be done and why. Why I'm giving a 5 star rating: - Customer service: from Debra in the front office to Steven, owner and installer. You will not find a more efficient, professional, easier group of people. Hire with confidence. Steven listened to my desire to replace 2 storage tanked hot water heaters, in the attic, and install a tankless unit. The professionalism displayed was shown when a full inspection was made to ensure a proper installation and trouble free operation could be done. No high pressure sales was made. - Installation: first class, very professional installation. In fact, the city inspector failed the installation due to a condensate drain which he believed was improperly installed. Steven contacted the manager and made the effort to visit the city's plumbing inspection manager with photos and full description of why the inspection should have passed. Manager agreed that his field inspector was wrong. The installation looks as good as the unit operates. One additional star is added for the $2,200.00 federal rebate for the replacement of the 2 inefficient tank gas hot water heaters thanks to Debra and Steven. I highly recommend Absolute Plumbing. Professional, friendly, and expert installation.
