After a long string of disappointing experiences with other plumbers, our trust was pretty much gone. He didn’t just fix our issues, he went above and beyond at every step. When we had trouble receiving emails, he personally called us and even brought printed copies of all receipts, quotes, and repair details so we were never left in the dark. That level of care is almost unheard of these days. We needed several repairs, including a tub spout diverter, a new shower cartridge, and a valve replacement. Zane came to our home three separate times to make sure everything was done perfectly. Each visit, he was respectful, kind, and incredibly generous with his time. Zane even took his shoes off to protect our new carpet. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and treated our home with care. Most importantly, he charged a very fair price for all the work he did, especially considering the amount of effort and professionalism he brought to the job. This is the 2nd or 3rd time I have used Absolute, the last time was to replace my water heaters. They were out same day, and within 4-5 hours had picked up new water heaters and had them installed. Didn't miss one hot shower:) Today's issue was a bit more critical as we identified a gas leak in the attic, Atmos came out and shut things down and told me the steps. I was a bit worried about how long we would be without gas (hot water and heating) since this is the cooler part of the year. I called Absolute, the tech was at my front door before Atmos had even left. He had to go back and get the pressure gauges needed for testing and quoted me the price. They take care of the pressure testing, permits, and getting the city to come out and do the inspection so the gas company will turn it on. Here it is, 1:51pm and they fixed my leak, had the inspector out (Flower Mound is fast!) and the report has been sent to Atmos so they can come out and turn the gas back on. Can't say how much I recommend this company, fast, friendly, and always do great work.
